This paper discussed a new technique which used natural-b oosting on-line hoppers to treat the negative pressrue section of backfilling pi peline system.This technique has not only resolved the key technical problem of easy blockage of pipeline in negative pressure section in the process of slurry delivery but alse can significantly reduce engineering investment and the operation cost of the system with its less cost and simplisity merits.
