    摘要:

    香炉山钨矿为缓倾斜中厚-厚大矿体,原采用留点柱式浅孔留矿空场法回采,生产效率低,顶板管理强度大。为改善该矿山安全作业条件,提高矿山生产效率,在该矿山II盘区W4采场开展预切护顶下向大直径深孔落矿嗣后充填采矿方法应用研究。新回采工艺应用后,采场生产能力可由原80d/t提高至250t/d,采切工程量由原6.7m/kt降至3.2m/kt,新工艺的应用既保证了回采的安全性,又显著提高了企业经济效益。

    Abstract:

    Xianglushan Tungsten Mine is a gently inclined medium-thick and large ore body. The original mining method of shallow hole shrinkage with retained-point pillar is open stope method, which has low production efficiency and high roof management intensity. In order to improve the safety operation conditions and production efficiency of the mine, the application of pre-cut roof protection and downward large diameter deep hole mining followed by backfilling mining method was carried out in W4 stope of panel II of the mine. After the application of the new mining technology, the stope production capacity can be increased from 80 d/t to 250 t/d, and the cutting volume can be reduced from 6.7 m/kt to 3.2 m/kt. The application of the new technology not only ensures the safety of mining, but also significantly improves the economic benefits of enterprises.
