锤头刃角对轮式破碎机锤轴组件破碎过程的影响

    摘要:

    针对轮式破碎机工作中,锤头磨损严重和锤头易松动脱落的问题,以PLM4000破碎机模型为基础,采用参数化建模的方法,建立了三种不同刃角角度的锤头,并利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA进行动力学仿真和分析,得到锤头与物料间接触的二向力和合力的时间历程曲线,以及锤头与锤体接触力的变差系数。分析结果表明:与现有的中刃角锤头相比,大刃角锤头和小刃角锤头与物料的接触力均值分别减小了4.5%和增大了6.69%;与锤体接触力的变差系数也随刃角角度的增大而减小,由小刃角的0.145降到大刃角的0.077。即增大刃角角度,可以显著降低锤头与锤体的载荷波动,这为破碎机锤轴组件的后续优化设计提供了重要参考。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem of serious wear of the hammer head and easy loosening and falling of the hammer head in the operation of the wheeled crusher. Based on the model of PLM4000 crusher, three kinds of hammers with different blade angle were established by parametric modeling method, and the ANSYS/LS-DYNA is used for dynamic simulation and analysis to obtain the force-time curve of the two-way force and resultant force between the hammer head and the material, as well as the variation coefficient of the contact force between the hammer head and the hammer body. The analysis results show that compared with the existing middle-edged hammerhead, the average contact force between hammers and the material of the large-edged angle hammer head and the small-edged angle is reduced by 4.5% and increased by 6.69%;the variation coefficient of the contact force with the hammer also decreases with the increase of the angle of the blade, from 0.145 of the small blade angle to 0.077 of the large one.That is to say, increasing the angle of edge angle can significantly reduce the load fluctuation of hammer head and hammer body, which provides an important reference for the follow-up optimization design of hammer shaft assembly of crusher.
