    摘要:

    针对大采高工作面回撤通道顶板稳定性差、围岩非对称变形破坏严重等系列难题,以2101大采高工作面回撤通道为研究对象,综合运用理论分析、数值模拟、力学建模等多种研究方法对回撤通道顶板破断结构稳定性进行了系统研究。阐明了影响基本顶断裂特征的关键因素;分析了不同破断结构下巷道围岩的破坏特征;建立了“长关键块”结构力学模型,并推导出支架临界阻力公式;计算得出2101工作面支架阻力富裕系数小,需要加强支架管理。研究成果将为大型综采设备安全快速搬家提供理论指导。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems of poor roof stability and serious asymmetric failure of surrounding rock in the withdrawal entry with large mining height, taking the withdrawal entry of 2101 large mining height face as the research object, the stability of roof broken structure in the withdrawal entry is systematically studied by theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, mechanical modeling and other research methods. The key factors affecting the fracture characteristics of the basic roof are expounded. The failure characteristics of surrounding rock of roadway under different broken structures are analyzed. The structural mechanics model of "long key block" is established, and the formula of critical resistance of support is deduced. The calculation results show that the resistance affluence coefficient of support in 2101 mining face is small, and support management needs to be strengthened. The research results will provide theoretical guidance for the large-scale mining equipment safe and fast moving.
