    摘要: 为阐明电化学作用下电解液浓度对煤系泥岩物性变化的影响规律,以新生代煤系泥岩为研究对象,采用自行研制的渗滤式软岩电化学改性试验装置进行电化学改性试验,研究了不同电解液浓度下泥岩试件的自由膨胀性、吸水性、力学强度等的变化规律。试验结果表明:泥岩试件的膨胀率及吸水率都呈现出随着电解液浓度的升高而降低这一趋势;随着电解液浓度的升高,泥岩试件的表面完整性有一定程度提高,泥岩试件的电阻率呈现降低的趋势;电解液浓度与试件单轴抗拉强度呈现出一定程度的正相关。

    Abstract:

    Abstract: To clarify the influence rule of electrolyte concentration on the physical properties of coal-bearing mudstone in electrochemical modification test,taking coal-bearing mudstone from the Cenozoic coal measure strata as a sample,the electrochemical modification test was carried out by using a self-developed percolation electrochemical modification test device for soft rock, and the variation rules of free expansion,water absorption and mechanical strength of mudstone specimens under different electrolyte concentration were studied. Results show that the swelling rate and water absorption of mudstone specimens decrease with the increase of electrolyte concentration;the surface integrity of mudstone specimens increases to a certain extent with the increase of electrolyte concentration,and the resistivity of mudstone specimens decreases;the concentration of electrolyte and the uniaxial tensile strength of the specimens show a certain range. Degree is positively correlated.
