    为了解决机构疲劳寿命预测难度大的难题,获得高精度支撑式冲击破岩掘进机支护机构疲劳寿命预测方法,保证其工作安全性,利用Solidworks和ANSYS软件完成支护机构危险工况下静强度分析。在此基础上,通过引入灰色系统模型GM(1,1)对传统Miner准则进行修改和完善,建立支护机构疲劳寿命预测的灰色Miner法。结果表明:灰色系统模型GM(1,1)预测精度可达91.375%。与支护机构实际疲劳寿命相比较,灰色Miner法预测相对误差仅为5%,预测效果优于传统Miner准则法,证明了灰色Miner法的正确性和可行性,为支撑式冲击破岩掘进机支护机构的疲劳寿命预测提供了新的方法指导。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the difficult problem of predicting the fatigue life of the mechanism, obtain the high precision prediction method of fatigue life of rock tunneling machine supporting mechanism, ensure its work safety, the static strength analysis of the supporting mechanism under dangerous working conditions was completed by using Solidworks and ANSYS. On this basis, through the introduction of grey system model GM (1,1) to modify and improve the traditional Miner criterion, establish the grey Miner method to predict the fatigue life of the supporting mechanism. The results show that the grey system model GM (1,1) prediction accuracy can reach 91.375%. Compared with the actual fatigue life of the support mechanism, the relative error of grey Miner prediction method is only 5%, and the prediction effect is better than the traditional Miner method. It is proved that the grey Miner method is correct and feasible, and provides a new guidance for fatigue life prediction of rock tunneling machine supporting mechanism.
