Australia attaches great importance to environmental control,the government of South Australia require exploration companies to submit a proposal,named " declaration of environmental factors" ,before the start of exploration activities. After the proposal has to be approved by the environmental protection department,then the exploration companies can acquire the exploration permits and start corresponding exploration activities. This paper introduces the relevant contents of the proposal,the purpose is to provide a reference for environmental protection in China.
