    摘要:

    考虑了某铜钼矿石的矿石性质,针对该矿石中黄铜矿、辉钼矿嵌布不均匀、解离比较困难的特点,采用"铜钼混选—铜钼混精再磨后进行3次精选—铜钼分选—钼精矿3次精选—铜精矿1次扫选"的选别工艺流程及合理的药剂制度,得到钼精矿品位41.02%、回收率62.41%,铜精矿品位29.12%、回收率81.10%的技术指标,使辉钼矿和黄铜矿得到合理的回收。

    Abstract:

    The research has been made on the characteristics of a copper-molybdenum ore,in which the distributions of chalcopyrite and molybdenite are uneven,so they are d ifficult to separate. In light of the fact,by adopting a reasonable reagent system and a processing flow consisting of the bulk flotation of copper and molybden um,the regrinding and three cleanings of mixed copper-molybdenum concentrate,the separation of copper and molybdenum,the three cleanings of molybdenum concentra te and one scavenging of copper concentrate,the good technical indexes of minera l processing such as the molybdenum concentrate grade of 41.02%,with recovery ra te of 62.41%,and the copper concentrate grade of 29.12%,with recovery rate of 81.10%,were achieved,result in the rational recovery of molybdenite and towanite.
