    摘要:

    某窑渣为锌冶炼系统的铁矾渣和高酸浸出渣,进行干燥脱去部分水份,配入焦炭进回转挥发窑,在超过1100℃高温下的挥发窑渣。窑渣中炭含量达25.38%。研究采用浮选工艺,在磨矿细度-0.074mm含量75%的条件下,以煤油为捕收剂,2#油为起泡剂,对其中炭进行回收,获得了炭精矿品位80.90%,回收率76.04%的较好指标。

    Abstract:

    The volatilization kiln slag was produced by under over 1100℃ volatilizing a mixture composed of coke and the iron-vanadium and acid-leaching,which came from a zinc smelt system and from which a part of water was removed by drying.The content of carbon in the volatilization kiln slag reached 25.38%.The experimental study of recovering carbon from the volatilization kiln slag by floatation under the conditions of grind size being-0.074 mm 75%,using kerosene as collector and 2# oil frother was carried out,resulting in such better indexes as the grade of carbon concentrate of 80.90% and carbon recovery of 76.04%.
