    摘要:

    对云南某地磁选尾矿矿石性质进行了分析,通过浮选试验,考察了有机抑制剂种类和用量对硫精矿降砷的效果。砷硫精选精矿经一粗二精一扫,获得硫精矿硫品位43.85%,砷品位0.58%,硫回收率54.95%的砷硫分离浮选闭路试验指标。磁选精矿与硫精矿累计硫品位39.33%,砷品位0.45%,硫金属回收率为80.39%,实现了有机抑制剂MF对硫精矿降砷的良好指标,为该类矿石的进一步开发和利用打下了基础。

    Abstract:

    The properties of tailings of magnetic separation from somewhere in Yunnan were analyzed.By flotation experimentation,the effect of different kinds and dosage of organic depressants on the arsenic reduce of the sulfur concentrate was investigated.The cleaned arsenic-sulfur concentrate was processed with the closed-circuit flowsheet of one stage roughing,two stages cleaning and one stage scavenging,and a sulfur concentrate containing sulfur of 43.85% and arsenic of 0.58%,and with sulfur recovery of 54.95% was obtained.The cumulative sulfur content and arsenic content of the magnetic concentrate and the sulfur concentrate is 39.33 and 0.45% respectively,the cumulative sulfur recovery is 80.39%.The results indicated that MF can effectively reducing arsenic in the sulfur concentrate,the study constructed a solid foundation for further exploitation and utilization of this ore.
