Statistical study of the laboratory test data from the investigation of a piled tailing dam case was carried out,the law of seepage parameters of the tailings dam were analyzed,the calculating formulas of the relevant parameters were derived by fitting the experimental data.The calculated results were compared with the measured data.And the result showed that the fitting formulas can meet the needs of actual engineering calculation.
