Abstract:The glauberite salt rock consists chiefly of sodium sulfate and calcium sulfate, the complexity of its chemical constituent determines it belongs to a salt hard to dissolve.By analyzing dissolving machine of glauberite salt rock,it was found that in its dissolving process there are the dissolution and crystallization of sodium sulfate and calcium sulfate, but the crystallization of calcium sulfate will form a layer on the surface of the minerals, resulting in decrease of dissolving surface area and thus producing a inhibiting effect to sodium sulfate dissolution.Through the experiment, itwas found that the dissolution of glauberite shows the effect of temperature, the higher the temperature is,faster the droppings of dissolving speed rate and dissolving speed are, making the dissolution of glauberite change down.In-situ press-dipping solution mining can increase the recovery ratio by 30%~40%.
