With polymetallic ore-body in Huangshaping lead-zinc mine as research object,the sublevel drilling and block open stoping with delayed waste rock and cemented tailings filling was put forward to solve such technical matters in mining as poor safety in working,complicated production processes,low production capacity and high cost.The industrial experiment more than two years showed that the productivity of single room is up to 400~500t/d,the recovery rate of ore is 85.18%,the ore dilution is 6%,the work efficiency is 40 tons per working shift,ore-scraping efficiency is 35 tons per working shift,and proved that this mining method is ideal for the mining of the polymetallic ore-body.
