    摘要:

    介绍了磨料水射流圆钢表面的除鳞装置,研究了磨料浓度对圆钢表面除鳞效果的影响,实验中选用适当的磨料以不同的浓度分别与高压水射流混合,通过对圆钢表面除鳞效果的比较,证明80目石榴石浓度50%的磨料水射流对圆钢表面的除鳞效果最佳,数值计算结果与实验基本一致。

    Abstract:

    In this paper,an abrasive water jet surface descaling device for round steel is introduced,and the effect of abrasive concentration on surface descaling of round steel is studied.The water jet surface descaling experimentation of round steel was carried out,in which suitable abrasive was added into water jet in different proportion.The surface descaling effect of round steel was compared,and it has been proved that when water jet with garnet fineness of 80 mesh 50% is used the effect of surface descaling is best.The result of numerical computation corresponded with the experiment.
