The study on stability of the shaft engineering influenced by muti-level mining is an important subject for Jinchuan No.2 mining area which is the biggest cut-and-fill mine in China. The stability of the shaft engineering was studied by using numerical simulation method. The results indicated that comparing with simultaneous mining of 3 levels, simultaneous mining of 4 levels for strengthened mining of lean ore will increase risk of the shaft engineering damage, especially displacement of shaft wall will increase and the increase value may is up to 50% about, but will not change the deformation and damage pattern of shaft, which is same with that when simultaneous rich ores mining of 3 levels, fault fracture zone through the shaft wall is still the breakthrough of the shaft engineering damage.
