    摘要:

    为研究大半径装药在土中爆炸后的扩腔过程、压力变化、能量利用情况,应用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件模拟了大半径耦合、不耦合装药两种情况下的土中爆炸扩腔过程。利用其后处理软件分析了固定单元的位移、速度、能量及爆轰过程的压力变化等,分析了耦合、不耦合装药两种情况下的爆扩效果,并与理论计算进行对比。模拟结果与理论计算基本吻合,证明所建立的模型、采用的算法合理,同时得出对于破碎性爆破应采用耦合装药方式,对于光面爆破等成型控制爆破应采用不耦合装药方式的结论,该模型和结论可应用于工程爆破优化设计。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the formation and development process of cavity,pressure change,energy utilization of explosion with large radius charge in soil,the formation and development process of explosion cavity in soil with large radius coupling charge and decoupling charge were simulated with LS-DYNA software.The curve of displacement,velocity of fixed elementary particles,energy utilization and the development process of pressure and so on were analyzed by LSPREPOST.The blasting effect of coupling charge and decoupling charge was compared.The simulation results are found to be agreement with that of theoretical calculation.It indicates that the model and algorithm presented in this paper are reasonable.It needs to apply coupling charge to ruinous blasting and decoupling charge to trim blasting.The numerical method and conclusion can be used for engineering design.
