    摘要:

    针对安徽某铁矿井下辅扇所形成的循环风流,采用对比试验研究方法,开展了多机串并联空气幕控制井下循环风流的试验研究。研究结果表明:(1)串并联空气幕能有效控制两中段间的污风循环,引射风量达2~24m3/s,及时排出污风,有利于井下无轨柴油汽车的行车安全和保护作业人员的身体健康;(2)空气幕正常运行时能增加辅扇的有效风量,对辅扇运行的影响度较小;(3)空气幕运行噪声为82~92dB(A),对距离其约300m的作业环境干扰较小。作业人员经过空气幕时接触噪声的时间较短,对身体健康不构成危害;(4)串并联空气幕安装在运输巷道两侧的硐室内,其供风器出口风速低于4m/s,不影响行人和无轨柴油汽车的运行。

    Abstract:

    According to the circulation air flow formed by the auxiliary fanin some underground iron mine in Anhui province,the Comparative experimental study on serials parallel air curtain for controlling air flow circulation was carried out.The results showed that:The serials parallel air curtain could effectively control the polluted air circulation between two mining Level.The volume of ejected air reached 2~24 m3/s,and the polluted air could be exhausted in time,which is favorable to operation safety of trackless diesel vehicle and workers’ health in underground mine;When the air curtain worked normally the effective air volume of auxiliary fan was increased,and there was little influence to auxiliary fan;The working noise of air curtain was 82~92 dB(A),which less interfered with the working environment near by 300 m.moreover,the time of workers being exposed to the noise was short,which didn’t do harm to their health;The serials parallel air curtain whose air outlet velocity was lower than 4 m/s was installed in chambers on the two sides of transportation roadway,which didn’t influence the passerby and the running of trackless diesel vehicle.
