    摘要:

    针对矿业生产的需求,设计了PLC控制的料仓料位监控系统。对系统所需要的元器件进行了选型,采用了重锤式物位计对料仓料位进行检测,完成了PLC控制系统的软、硬件设计,最后对整个系统进行了调试,实测结果显示:该系统安装使用方便,料仓料位测量范围精确,偏差范围在1.5%以内,具有很强的适应性。

    Abstract:

    According to the demand of mineral production,a material level monitoring system of bunker based on PLC was designed.The components of the system were selected.Heavy-hammer type material level meter was used into the system.The hardware and software of the PLC control system were designed.The overall monitoring system was debugged.The results of actual measurement showed that the monitoring system is easy in installation,is exactitude in measuring range of material level,its deviation range of measuring is within 15%,the system is of strong adaptability.
