Based on Pro/E,the Parameterized modeling and motion simulation of a reducer casing were carried out.The established parameterized model of gear wheel was imported into software ANSYS,the finite element analysis of contact stress and contact fatigue life of the gear wheel were accomplished.The method can realize the integration of CAD and CAM of reducer casing.
