    摘要:

    为了更好的对新疆托克逊膨润土进行开发和利用,利用十六烷基三甲基氯化铵(CTAC)阳离子有机试剂采用湿法对托克逊膨润土进行有机改性。通过X射线粉末衍射、红外光谱、扫描电镜和激光粒度分析对其进行了表征,探讨了CTAC用量对膨润土改性的影响。实验结果表明,在CTAC用量较少时膨润土主要以表面吸附为主,当加入量达到16%~20%时,CTAC开始取代膨润土层间金属阳离子而插入膨润土层间,并且随着CTAC用量的增加,亲水性也逐渐减弱,粒径增大,颗粒之间的作用力增强。

    Abstract:

    For the further develop and fully make use of bentonite in Tuokexun,Xinjiang,the experiment to modifying the bentonite with the cetyltrimethyl ammonium chloride(CTAC)was made by wet method.The modified organobentonite was characterized by means of X-ray powder diffraction,IR spectroscopy,SEM and laser particle size analysis,the dosage of CTAC on the modification of bentonite was researched.The results showed that when the dosage of CTAC was lower,the surface absorption play a main role.However,when the dosage of CTAC reached to 16%-20%,the CTAC began to penetrate into the lattice layers of bentonite and replace the metallic cation in the lattice layers,with the dosage of CTAC increasing the hydrophilicity of bentonit gradually weakened and its particle size increased.
