    摘要:

    通过X光CT技术对8组不同颗粒尺寸的堆浸散体介质进行了扫描,获得了各自的二维CT图像。利用图像处理方法统计了各散体介质孔隙尺寸分布概率,并进行了拟合分析。结果表明,散体孔隙尺寸呈正态分布,随着样本颗粒粒径的增大,散体平均孔隙尺寸也逐渐增大;散体的平均孔隙直径与渗透系数呈正线性关系,在其它条件保持不变的情况下,随着平均孔隙尺寸的增加,渗透系数逐渐增加。结合CT技术和图像处理方法,能够很好地实现散体介质孔隙尺寸的量化分析。

    Abstract:

    Eight groups of ore samples with different particle sizes were scanned with X-ray computed tomography(CT)scanner and their cross-sectional images were obtained.Based on image analysis,the pore size distribution probability of each ore sample was calculated and fitted.The results show that the pore size of granular media appears a normal distribution.With the increasing of particle size of ore sample,the mean pore size increases.The mean pore diameter is positively and linearly correlated with seepage coefficient.With the increasing of mean pore size,the seepage coefficient increases when the other conditions keep constant.By CT technology together with image processing,the quantitative analysis of pore size distribution of granular media can be realized.
