This paper systematically analyzes the layout of pro- duction and the basic situation of major construction projects at present in Longshou mine,plans the stages and steps to realize the goal of annual ore output of 5 million tons in 2014,discusses the main problems of the large - scale underground mining engineering construction for the annual 5 million tons in this mine, and proposes practical countermeasures and measures in terms of the management of construction projects,mining technology, working efficiency and the guarantee of resources,etc.
