    摘要:

    某楼房因不均匀沉降严重、墙体结构开裂,曾属病危建筑物。对该楼房各结构节点受力状况进行模拟分析计算后,决定在对上部结构进行适当修补的同时,对局部区段的地基基础采用钢管桩、注浆进行加固,以恢复其结构的力学性能及正常的使用功能。该楼房的加固已取得成功,效果良好。介绍了其独特的加固方法及施工工艺。

    Abstract:

    Some building was once belonged to a dangrous building due to the grievous uneven foundation settlement and the wall structure cracking. The numerical analysis and calculation of the stress state of structure nodes of the building was made. Based on the results of analysis and calculation,it was decided to reinforce the partial foundation of the building by steel pile and grout-in-jection while moderately patching the super structure of the building,so as to reinstate its mechanical properties of structure and normal functions of use. The reinforcement of the building has been successful,and good result has been obtained. This paper presents the distinctive reinforcing method and technology of the building.
