A new high - pressure and up - high pressure sealing technology with filling paste has been developed. The structure, technical requirements and application of the new filling paste - type seal are presented in this paper. Comparing with conventional packing seal gap seal and combined seal,the filling paste - type seal can bear higher pressure,is of higher reliability and longer service life.
