Abstract:On the basis of study on metallogenic geological conditions,geological characteristics and metallogenc law of shang-xiakan gold deposits,the remote sensing information for ore prediction in the studied area was extracted from the remote sensing image,the characteristics of remote sensing image was analyzed and studied,remote sensing image was processed with principal components analysis.The information of green vegetation was extract in the form of(TM5/TM7)/(TM3/TM4) band-ratio for enhancing the mineralization information.After synthesizing the information of the remote-sensing image,the linear structure and ring-shaped structure in the studied area were interpreted and extracted.Finally,combining with the mineralization-alteration information,the zones which are favorable to mineralization were forecasted,the further prospecting direction in this region was pointed out.
