    工业废渣粉煤灰是一种弃之为害,用之为宝的二次资源,具有潜在胶凝性能,在对充填骨料主要物理力学性质和化学成分测定分析的基础上,进行了充填材料配比试验,解决了粉煤灰尾砂胶结充填应用技术参数,即采用水泥:粉煤灰:混合骨料=1:2:6,可减少水泥消耗量26%,可节省单位充填材料费用10%左右,能有效提高充填体后期强度,终凝强度可提高近1倍,经济效益和社会效益显著。

    Abstract:

    Fly ash is one kind of common industrial solid wastes,but can be reused as secondary owing to its potential binding capability.The physical and mechanical properties as well as chemical components of the filling aggregate and fly ash were measured and analyzed.On that basis,experiment was made on mixing ratio of backfill materials.It was found that if weight percentage among cement,fly ash and aggregate was 1:2:6,the cement consumption could be reduced by 26% and backfill cost could be saved by about 10%.More important,backfill body with suggested dosage had higher long-term compressive strength and final strength could be increased nearly one time.Application of cemented backfilling with this mixing ratio in Gaofeng Corporation has resulted in excellent economic and social benefit.
