The exploitation of gently inclined ore body is a worldwide tough issue of mining at present,because there still isn’t an effective method to recover caved ore on stope floor at home and abroad.By the theoretical analysis on the ore loss in the mining of narrow vein,Guizhou Kailin Group has introduced a new rake loader with high gradient capacity to recover the remnant ore on stope floor.It has been proved that the rake loader can reduce secondary ore loss and ore dilution in the mining of gently inclined ore body.By appling the rake loader,in the mine the recovery of ore is increased up to 97.5%,and the grade of ore is increased by 1%～2%,so its social and economic benefits has greatly improved.
