In this paper,China’s iron ore trade is analyzed from three aspects of production,import and consumption.a mathematical model about the consumption price of iron ore is established,the impacts of the foreign trade dependence of China’s iron ore and the appreciation of the RMB on China’s consumption price of iron ore are studied,the impacts of free on board and ocean freight from different countries on the import price of iron ore are analyzed also.
