The status and existing problems of mine safety at present in China are analyzed.The concept and role of mine safety management information system are described.the architecture of unified mine emergency response system which take unified emergency response service platform as its core is put forward.The system integrate the functions of communication,commanding and dispatching,is a highly intelligent commanding and dispatching system for mine emergency response.The establishment of the system is significant to improve safety management in mines.
