Abstract:In this paper,taking shifting clutch for a mine truck as the object of study,the structure and working principle of wet friction clutch are analyzed.After investigating the oil charge process of the shifting clutch,the dynamic and mathematical models of oil charge process are set up.In order to decrease the impact torque in gear shifting process,the oil circuit of electro-hydraulic control system for shifting and the function and working principle of a hydraulic buffering valve which is used in the control system are analyzed and studied.These provide a theoretic basis for stable shifting and improving quality of shifting for the mine truck,and provide experience and lessons for the design and applications of shifting clutch and the oil circuit of electro-hydraulic control system for mine trucks of the same kind.
