    摘要:

    面向未来数字化无人矿山对在线远程监测与诊断的需要,研究了一套适应于井下移动设备及巡检人员定位、固定设备及移动设备的状态监测与故障诊断综合系统。该系统基于CAN2.0总线协议,主要包括设备主要运行参数的I/O、移动目标的无线数传终端、固定安装的无线数传基站、通信协议、地面监测与故障诊断站等,以期在该领域进行一些开拓性的技术研究,推动行业技术进步。

    Abstract:

    Orienting to the needs of future digital unmanned mine for on-line long-distance monitoring and fault diagnosis,a comprehensive monitoring system adapting to the locating of underground moving equipments and inspecting staffs and the state monitoring and fault diagnosis of underground fixed equipments and moving equipments was developed.The monitoring system is based on CAN bus,includes I/O for main working parameter of underground equipments,wireless data transmission terminals for moving targets,fixed wireless data transmission base station,communication protocol and surface monitoring and failure diagnosis station and so on.We do those work with a view to conducting pioneering technical research in the field and promoting technical progress of domestic mining industry.
