The supply and demand gap of copper resources is very large in China,it is need to exploit and utilize overseas copper ore resources.Based on the analysis of the development of overseas copper resources exploiting investment,the main factors influencing overseas copper ore resource exploiting investment are analyzed.An index system and a fuzzy synthetic hierarchy process model with multi-factors for the technological and economic evaluation of overseas copper ore resources exploitation were constructed.Finally,taking Zambia as an example,further analysis and evaluation of overseas copper ore resources exploitation were made,in order to provide a reference for overseas copper ore resources exploitation and utilization investment.
