Abstract:The flotation experiment of some mixed copper ore was carried out.The technological flowsheet applied in the experiment is preferential copper oxide ore flotation,including two-stage rough flotation in which the reagents were added in batches,one-stage scavenging of reground rough concentrate,the combination of GY and ethyl xanthate was used as collector and sodium sulfide was used to sulphidize the copper oxide ore.By this technological process the separation of copper and sulfur was achieved.Base on the determined optimal condition of rough floatation and scavenging,by close-circuit experiments,a copper concentrate containing copper of 20.25%,with copper recovery of 80.35% was obtained.
