Abstract:A mix integer model for the optimization of macroscopic operation of open-pit mining of bauxite deposit was established,in which such decision-making factors as mining sequence,location of open-pit working,transportation line and ore blending are took into account,and the time effect of capital to realize the minimum cost of investment has been considered also.The model was proved using an optimization software and by an example mine.It can provide guidance in theory and practice for the decision-making optimization of mining design of bauxite deposit.
