    摘要:

    从理论上分析了切缝护壁爆破新技术的爆破过程和力学行为。完成了该技术的动态光弹性试验,获得了切缝护壁爆破过程的等差条纹图。通过对条纹图的分析表明,切缝护壁爆破时,爆炸产物首先对切缝处炮孔壁产生作用,然后对临空面方向产生作用,最后才对护壁面方向产生作用,且这种作用越来越小。由于护壁材料的存在,能够大大降低爆炸产物对护壁面方向的冲击作用,临空面和护壁面之间的剪应力差值高达1.75倍,它是形成光滑爆破开裂面和破碎临空面方向介质的重要动力,理论分析和试验结果表明,切缝护壁爆破技术充分利用了爆炸能量,有较好的应用前景。

    Abstract:

    The process and mechanical behavior of cutting seam cartridge blasting of protecting borehole wall with pipe(CSBPBWP) are analyzed in theory.Dynamic photo-elasticity experiment for CSBPBWP was carried out,and the isochromatic fringe patterns of CSBPBWP were obtained.The analysis of the isochromatic fringe patterns shows that in the process of CSBPBWP,the effect of explosive products firstly acts on borehole wall in the direction of cutting seam,and then acts on it in the direction of free face,eventually acts on it in the direction of protected face,and this effect is more and more weak.The shock effect of explosive products in the direction of protected face can be greatly reduced due to pipe protecting borehole wall.The shear stress difference between free face and protected face reaches 1.75 times,and it is the important power to create smooth crack face of blasting and break the medium in the direction of free face.The theoretic analysis and experimental results show that CSBPBWP can utilize adequately explosion energy,so CSBPBWP technology has good prospect of applications.
