    摘要:

    基于静态耗氧实验从化学动力学角度推导了煤低温氧化耗氧速率方程。利用Agrawal近似法得出氧气浓度与温度的理论关系式,并通过最小二乘法拟合得到柴里气煤在40~80℃温度段和80~130℃温度段反应级数为3,130~160℃温度段反应级数为2,160~190℃温度段反应级数为1.5,由斜率和截距求得各阶段活化能E和指前因子A,并引入动力学补偿效应,检验了所得耗氧函数的合理性。

    Abstract:

    Based on static oxygen consumption test,the equation of oxygen consumption rate for coal oxidation at low-temperature was established according to the chemical kinetics.And the relation equation of oxygen concentration and temperature was built by using Agrawal approximate method.The results obtained by least square fitting show that within temperature range of 40℃ to 80℃ the reaction order relating to the oxidation of gas coal in Chaili mine is 3,within temperature range of 80℃ to 130℃ it is 2,and within temperature range of 160℃ to 190℃ it is 1.5.Activation energy E and the pre-exponential factor A for the four temperature ranges were obtained by use of least square method,and the rationality of the oxygen consumption function was approved by kinetic compensation effects.
