    摘要:

    以贵州某储灰场所采集的湿排粉煤灰作为原料进行试验研究。考察了常压下,利用酸、碱浸出粉煤灰中氧化铝的特性和浸出剂种类、温度、浸出剂浓度及浸出时间等因素对粉煤灰中氧化铝浸出率的影响,以及助浸剂在酸法提取粉煤灰中氧化铝的作用,并分析了粉煤灰中氧化铝的浸出机理。试验结果表明,常压下不加助浸剂时只能浸出粉煤灰中一部分氧化铝,浸出率最高仅为29.01%;而在酸浸过程中加入助浸剂氟化铵时,可使粉煤灰中氧化铝的浸出率大幅提高,且随着浸出时间的延长而迅速增大,浸出率最高可达98.68%以上。

    Abstract:

    Using the wet-discharged fly ash collected from a fly ash storage in Guizhou province as experimental material,the experimental studies were made on the leaching characteristic of alumina in fly ash and the infections of the kinds and concentration of leaching aids,leaching temperature and time on the leaching rate of alumina while using acid and alkali as extracting agent under atmospheric pressure.And also the effects of leaching aids in extracting alumina from fly ash with acid was researched,the mechanism of extracting alumina from fly ash was analyzed.The results showed that only part alumina in fly ash could be extracted without leaching aid under atmospheric pressure,the best extraction rate of alumina was 29.01%,in the acid leaching of fly ash,when adding NH4F as leaching aid the extraction rate of alumina could be improved greatly and increased rapidly with time went on,the best extraction rate of alumina was over 98.68%.
