    在峰峰矿区小屯矿4号煤层14459工作面试验中,针对煤层薄、断层多、顶板坚硬且破碎等复杂地质条件,采用大功率采煤机、高强度液压支架,爆破破底方法等,成功实现了平均厚度为1.1 m薄煤层的综采,取得了工效提高16.2t/工、成本降低5.8元/t、安全事故减少75%、产煤量增加1倍的较好经济技术指标,为峰峰矿区的薄煤层开采奠定了基础。

    Abstract:

    During the fully mechanized mining experiment of 14459 coal face of the No.4 coal seam at Xiaotun colliery in Fengfeng mining district,in view of the complicated geological conditions of thin coal seam,many faults,and hard but fractured roof,high-powered shearer,high-strength hydraulic support and the floor blasting technology were used.The fully-mechanized caving of the thin coal seam with average thickness of 1.1m was achieved,and the mining efficiency was raised by 16.2 t/man,mining cost was reduced by 5.8 yuan/t,accidents was reduced by 75% and coal output was doubled.The experimental study laid the foundation for mining the thin coal seam mining in Fengfeng coal mining district.
