    摘要:

    根据酸刺沟煤矿6-1号煤层的赋存条件,运用FLAC2D显式有限差分法程序,研究综放开采20 m特厚煤层合理工艺参数。结果表明:5个开采技术因素与顶煤破坏性影响显著相关,影响程度主次排序为:支架合力作用点位置→支架支护阻力→控顶距→放煤步距→采高,确定的合理工艺参数为:支架阻力7500 kN/架,控顶距6.0 m,采高4.5 m,放煤步距0.6 m,支架合力作用点距煤壁4.2 m。

    Abstract:

    Based on the occurrence condition of No.6-1 coal seam in Suancigou colliery,the reasonable technologic parameters for the fully-mechanized top-coal caving of the 20 m thick coal seam is studied by use of the program FLAC2D of explicit finite difference method.Some conclusions were drawn as follows:there are significant relationships between the five factors in mining technology and the devastating effect of top coal,according to the magnitude of influence degree on the stability of top coal,the position of effect point of support’s composite force ranks first,followed by support’s working resistance,face width,coal caving distance and mining height,the reasonable mining technologic parameters of coal caving are:7500 kN support’s working resistance,6.0 m face width,4.5 m mining height,0.6 m coal caving distance,and 4.2 m distance from the position of effect point of support’s composite force to the coal wall.
