    摘要:

    为实现产量平衡,石人沟铁矿采用不停产过渡,在垂直方向上露天与地下同时开采。针对这种现状,采用AN-SYS三维有限元数值模拟方法,对北区9种不同的采场结构参数进行数值模拟分析。同时,运用模糊数学理论,建立了考虑安全和经济效益的综合模糊评判模型,最终确立了矿房长度50 m、顶柱5 m、间柱10 m、底柱12 m的最优矿房结构参数,中段回采结果证明采场十分稳定。

    Abstract:

    In order to assure the balance of production and the transition from open-pit mining to underground mining without stopping production,the open pit and underground mining were carried out simultaneously in the vertical direction at Shirengou Iron Mine.The mining for nine kinds of stope structure parameters were simulated using 3D-finite-element numerical simulation method of ANSYS.At the same time,a comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model was established,in which safety and economic benefit was took into account.And such optimized stope structure parameters as 50 m room length,5 m cap pillar,10 m interstall pillar and 12 m floor pillar were determined.The result of a level mining indicated that the stability of stopes were very good.
