Execution in enterprise management is an indispensable link between objective and result,and is the key to achieve success for all organizations.If the executive strength is not strong,the competitive ability is weak.This paper approaches the enhancement of executive power in enterprise management from the three aspects: increasing the personal executive ability of enterprise,s leaderships,building a group with executive power and"success depending on execution",points out that an enterprise"can be made large,solid and strong"and the strategic objective of sustainable development of enterprise can be reached,only if the executive power in enterprise management is continuously increased.
