The original status of the 16th line vertical pillar in the No.2 mining area of Jinchuan Group Ltd are narrated,the bases and practice of exploiting the pillar are introduced as well.The risks of exploiting the 16th line vertical pillar are analyzed and forecasted from three aspects: security of exploitation,ground pressure activity and mine's overall stability.According to the analysis and forecast of risk,several reasonable suggestions are given for the safe exploition of the 16th line verticat pillar.exploit the pillar high efficiently.
