From the meane of weight,this paper analyses the problems of traditional weight assessment method,and points out the contribution rate of various assessment indexes to evaluation system is varied with the index practical value.Starting from this,a method to construct judgment matrix which is based on dependent degree is brought forward,thus the importance arrangement of various indexes can be made so as to avoid the disadvantages caused by subjectiveness in determining the importance of various assessment indexes.The new advanced method is compared with the traditional calculating methods of assessment index weight,and it is proved that the new method is feasible in determining the weights of assessment indexes and the weight distribution obtained by the new method is rational.
