In this paper,the theoretical basis for the restoration of ecological environment in mining area was discussed.And the four-phase model for ecological restoration succession of mining area was analyzed.On this basis,the strategy and integrative technical system to restore the ecological environment in mining area were put forward.Finally,some suggests epistemology and methodology of ecological rehabilitation in mine are presented out.
