According to the characteristics of a mudded lead-zinc oxide ore with high iron content from Guangxi, experimental study on selective flotation process of it by means of sulfidization-amine method was carried out.The results showed that the process can effectively realize floatation of the lead-zinc oxide ore without de-sliming and under using sodium hexametaphosphate as dispersant,3 kg/t dosage of sodium sulfide,pH value being 9.0 and using mixed amine as collector.Under using copper sulfate as activator and butyl xanthate as collector, the better floatation effect of zinc oxide ore can be achieved. At lead feed grade of 3.54% and zinc feed grade of 5.86%,such flotation indexes as 45.23% lead grade and 40.56% zinc grade of copper concentrate, the lead recovery rate of 73.51% and zinc recovery rate of 76.21% by adopting above selective flotation process.
