The goal of optimizing mine construction scheme is to increase economic benefit during the mine construction.This paper analyzes some problems relevant to mine construction such as permanent headframe being used to sink shaft,temporary change of lift way shaft going,use of permanent facilities and economic evaluation.According to the characteristics of mining industry,it is pointed out that the cash outflow during mine construction is a reasonable index to evaluate the construction schemes of mine.
