By analyzing the main factors influencing the optimized selection of shaft schemes,a multi-hierarchy evaluation model for shaft location selection was established,the weight values of every scheme was determined using analytic hierarchy process,the optimal scheme was gotten and the coherence verification were made.It also provided decision-making foundation for the construction of the shaft engineering.The practical application has validated the reliability of the optimal scheme.
