    摘要:

    针对程家沟铁矿露天转地下开采后尾矿库容积不足的现实问题,提出利用废弃的露天坑排放尾矿的技术方案,并结合矿山的实际情况,提出了露天坑的排尾方式和排弃区段。在此基础上,采用ANSYS三维有限元数值模拟方法,对排尾后的地下采场稳定性进行了模拟研究,分析了露天坑排尾后地下采场的稳定性机理,并针对可能出现的问题提出了具体的工程控制措施。

    Abstract:

    In view of the capacity of tailings reservoir is insufficient and land acquisition is very difficult for building new tailings reservoir after the mining transition from open pit to underground in Chengjiagou Iron Mine,a technical scheme, which makes use of dumped open pit for discharging tailings,is presented.According to the actual conditions of the mine,the mode and zone of tailings discharge are presented.Based on the above results,the stability of underground stope in the process of tailings discharge into the dumped open pit is simulated by 3D-finite-element numerical simulation method,the stability mechanism of the underground stope after tailings discharge into the open-pit is analyzed,and some engineering control measures are suggested to prevent potential problems.
