Based on the idea of combined prediction, a grey combination prediction model of settlement was put forward, in which the weights of the various common forecasting models are calculated by entropy weight method. The combination forecasting model can be used to forecast the development of embankment settlement using limited measured settlement data. The analyzed result of an engineering example indicates that the combined prediction method based on entropy weights can mine the useful information of various common forecasting models, so that can greatly improve the accuracy of settlement prediction.
