Constructing national minepark is a new way to improve mining ecological environment in mines.In 2005,the first 28 national mineparks had been established in China,which have important theoretic value and practical significance.The paper expounds the origin of national minepark and significance of its construction, analyzes the status quo of the national mineparks,aimed at the problems,also suggests some correlative countermeasures.
